Which devices are supported?

Smart TV (Samsung/LG), Android TV/Box, Fire TV Stick, iPhone/iPad (iOS) and PC/Mac.

How does activation work?

Choose a package and message us on WhatsApp. After confirmation, we send you the login details.

What login methods do you provide?

Depending on your app/device: Xtream Codes or M3U. We provide the correct option for you.

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes. For simultaneous viewing, we recommend the 2 users package (2 connections).

How long does setup take?

Usually only a few minutes. Use our setup guide or ask us on WhatsApp.

I’m experiencing buffering. What can I do?

Restart your router, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi if possible, try a LAN cable, and clear the app cache. If it continues, contact support.

What internet speed do I need?

For HD streaming, we recommend at least ~10 Mbps with a stable connection.
